Those look perfect. How did you make them? Paul loves strawberries and his birthday is March 28th so maybe I can try and make some for him if you will tell me the secret of how to make them so perfectly. My one attempt they turned out lumpy and funny colored.
For Valentine's Day this year I made Nate chocolate covered strawberries.
