Last week we celebrated Nate's 32nd birthday. We invited over some friends and family for a party on Saturday. Nate grilled 30 lbs. of pollo asado and carne asada (citrus marinated chicken and beef for all you gringos) that we picked up at the local Carniceria. It was so yummy. The kids had fun chasing the chickens and the grown-ups played Guitar Hero. Happy Birthday honey, I love you!
